Day – to – day Maintenance Check
- – Test the sensitivity and reliability of the security door devices.
- – Check whether the electrical heating parts and the resistance in each district are normal.
- – Check whether the pumps, tubing, valves, etc. are leaking oil and water.
- – Check the hydraulic oil and the condition of the heat – conducting oil.
- – Check the flow of the cooling water.
- – Check the lubrication of parts and add lubricant on time.
- – Check whether the system pressure is normal.
- – Check the temperature of the hydraulic oil and adjust the supply of the cooling water.
Weekly Maintenance Check
- Check the setting of the limit switch.
- – Check whether the joints of the hydraulic oil pipe have become loose.
- – Check whether the oil filter is blocked.
Monthly Maintenance Check
- – Check the pollution condition of the working oil and clean the filter.
- – Clean the inside and outside of the equipment.
- – Check whether the fan is working and clean the inside of the circuit box.
- – Check the screw and the injection chamber.
Annual Maintenance Check
- – Check whether the machine runs balanced and reliably.
- – Replace the hydraulic oil and the filter.
- – Tighten all wiring bolts and screws.
- – Check whether the bolt of the limit switch has become loose.
- – Check the abrasion of the equipment.
- – Check the contact of the thermocouple.
- – Check the sensitivity and reliability of the indicator light and the button.
